Bronte Ceremonial Cacao Circle

Monthly Monday Ceremonial Cacao Circle Nestled in the calming space of The Bronte Dispensary, this 90 minute circle is designed as an antidote to the fast paced modern lifestyle. We combine the ancient, heart-opening properties of organic ceremonial cacao with modern mindfulness and low-pressure creative reflection. If you hear the words 'creative exercises' or 'circle' and feel a bit nervous, don’t worry. This evening is entirely structured around solo, quiet processing. You won't be asked to share your inner thoughts with strangers, perform, or do anything exposed. Instead, you'll be guided through private journaling and subconscious drawing exercises designed to bypass your logical mind and tap into your intuition. Flow of the Evening: • Arrive & Settle: Clearing the energy of the day with grounding Palo Santo and choosing an oracle card for personal, private reflection. • The Cacao Ritual: Understanding the benefits of pure ceremonial cacao—a sacred plant and gentle cardiovascular booster that helps drop you into your body. • Grounded Mindfulness: A short, accessible meditation to regulate your nervous system. • Creative Clarity: Guided solo writing and sketching prompts to help you unpack mental clutter. • Closing: Leaving you feeling anchored and ready for a peaceful week ahead. What to bring: Please come with a journal, a pen, and an open mind. Ticketing Note: To keep this beautiful space accessible, entry is by donation. However, authentic ceremonial cacao is a premium, costly ingredient. We kindly ask for a minimum donation of $20 to cover material costs. Strictly limited to 10 participants to maintain a quiet, intimate atmosphere. Bookings essential.
