Come As You Are

This community event is for women who want to connect with like-minded people, tap back into their creative inner child and move their body in a judgement-free environment. Come As You Are is an intimate experience created for women to reconnect with who they are, meet like-minded women and explore new ways of expressing themselves. Through guided meditation, gentle flow yoga, journaling, group connection and ecstatic dance, you’ll be invited to tune in and reconnect with the playful, curious and authentic parts of yourself. This is a space to be fully you — to explore, express, create, move and connect, surrounded by women who are doing the same. WHAT TO EXPECT * Guided Meditation: We'll begin by slowing down, grounding ourselves and arriving in the present moment. * Gentle Flow Yoga: Mika will guide us through a gentle yoga practice, inviting you to tune into your body, notice how you're feeling and move in a way that feels good for you. * Journaling exercise: Guided prompts to spark curiosity, self-reflection and meaningful conversation. * Dance without expectation: We'll turn up the energy and finish by moving freely to music. Let go of expectations, get playful and express yourself through movement in a space where you can simply be yourself.
