This gentle chair yoga class combines mindful movement, simple stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation to help you improve mobility, build strength and balance, and create a little more ease in your day. Designed for people who prefer not to get down on the floor, this class is suitable for older adults, pregnancy, post natal recovery, people with limited mobility and those returning to movement after an injury or a period of inactivity. No previous yoga experience is needed.
