Community Circle at Bronte Dispensary

A Little Space to Slow Down As the year draws to a close and life gets busier, sometimes the best thing you can do is give yourself an hour to switch off. Join Supriya Ruparelia, Ayurvedic practitioner and founder of The Veda Lab, for a relaxed evening at The Bronte Dispensary. Together, we'll explore simple ways to calm the mind and support the nervous system through gentle breathwork, guided meditation and practical Ayurvedic wisdom. We'll finish with a cup of homemade Ayurvedic chai. What to expect: • Gentle guided breathwork to help you unwind • A calming guided meditation • Simple Ayurvedic practices you can use in everyday life • Homemade Ayurvedic chai to finish the evening No previous experience with breathwork, meditation or Ayurveda is needed. Step away from the noise, clear your head and give yourself an hour to reset. EVENT DETAILS Date: Monday 16 November 2026 Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm Location: The Bronte Dispensary Hosted by: Supriya Ruparelia, Founder of The Veda Lab
