Confidence Through Strength Open X: End of Year Novice & Intermediate Powerlifting Meet Wrap up your lifting year on the platform at Generation Fitness. Designed specifically for first-time competitors and intermediate lifters looking to test their strength in a supportive, high-energy environment. Event Details • Date: Saturday, November 28th • Time: 7AM - 3PM • Location: Generation Fitness Rouse Hill • Entry Fee: $70 / 10 Week Comp Prep Addon $170 • Spectator Fee: $5 • Cap: Strictly limited to 36 lifters to ensure smooth, fast-moving flights. • Affiliation: None (Open to all lifters; no federation membership required). Equipment & Lifting Standards • Format: Full Power (Squat / Bench Press / Deadlift), Raw only. • Squat & Bench: ATX IPF 20kg Power Bar. • Deadlift: Goliath 20kg Deadlift Bar. • Allowed Gear: Singlets/athletic wear, belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves. • Not Permitted: Equipped/supportive suits, bench shirts, or knee wraps. Spots will fill quickly due to the 36-lifter cap. Lock in your registration early to secure your spot on the platform for the final competition of the year.
