Join Sydney Working Holiday Girls for a fun morning of dancing, fitness, coffee and meeting new girls! We've teamed up with The Jungle Body for a beginner-friendly dance fitness class that feels more like a dance party than a workout. Expect upbeat music, easy-to-follow routines and plenty of good vibes as you dance your way through the morning. ✨ The Jungle Body is one of Australia's most popular dance fitness programs, combining simple choreography with a mix of pop, R&B and throwback anthems to create a workout that's fun, empowering and suitable for all fitness levels. 🎶 No dance experience is needed – just come along ready to move, have a laugh and meet other like-minded girls. After the class, we'll head over to MLK Café where you'll enjoy an included coffee and have the chance to chat, connect and make new friends with the other girls. ☕👯‍♀️ We'll also create an Instagram group chat before the event so everyone can introduce themselves beforehand and stay connected afterwards. 📱💕 Included ✨ 💃 1-hour Jungle Body dance fitness class 🩷 Friendly WHG hosts 👯‍♀️ Introductions and icebreakers ☕1 included Coffee at MLK Café (your choice of coffee, alternative milks available) 📱 Instagram group chat before and after the event ✨ Meet other like-minded girlies How the morning will run ⏰ 9:15am – Arrive 9:20am – Quick introductions and icebreaker 9:30am – Jungle Body class starts 💃 10:30am – Class finishes and we head to MLK Café for your included coffee ☕ 10:45am - 11:30am – Coffee and chats 🩷 What to bring 🎒 💧 Water bottle 👟 Trainers 🩷 Activewear/sports gear 🧥 Jacket or jumper for the coffee catch-up afterwards Whether you're new to Sydney, travelling solo or simply looking to meet more girls, this event is all about getting active, having fun and making new friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment. ✨ Don't worry if you're coming alone – most girls attend our events solo and our hosts will help introduce you to everyone throughout the morning. 💕 Terms & Conditions • Tickets are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your ticket to another girl with at least 24 hours' notice. • This event is for girls aged 18-35 on visas. • Please ensure you are physically able to participate in a dance fitness class and advise us of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your participation. • Wear suitable activewear and trainers. • Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for future promotional purposes. • An Instagram group chat will be created before the event. • By attending, you acknowledge that participation in fitness activities is undertaken at your own risk and agree to follow all instructions provided by The Jungle Body instructor. • Coffee is included after the class. Any additional food or drinks purchased are at your own expense.
