Launching Emerging Butterfly Movement classes with a free community class. Join the inclusive, joyful movement classes, designed to help you build strength, stamina, joy and balance. Participants step into an Emerging Butterfly Movement class and leave their world behind for 60 minutes. Classes combine music, easy movements, free dance, connection and joy. No steps are right or wrong, we will joyfully flow with the music, participants decide on the intensity of their movement. The class switches between form and free dance, cardio and calm, generating joy and connection as you move. Combining the principal of yin and yang energy flows, free flow dance movements with easy steps, add in some precise power moves and some cardio and you will experience the perfect package of a physical and mental workout at your pace. The class finshes with floor work focusing on strength and stretch. The class concludes with stepping out into your day and encouraging you to take your class energy with you.
