Saturday Morning Dance - Lilyfield

A fun dance-based class incorporating all styles of dance. This class is suitable for all ages and capabilities. A great way to get fit, get moving and meet others in the community. The perfect combination of social interaction and fitness. Some important things to note: • Registration in advance is essential. • Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise.
