Practical Workshop for Clinicians and mental-health professionals focused on the assessment and treatment of nightmares in both adults and children. Presented by Prof. Michal Kahn - School of Psychological Sciences at Tel Aviv University Prof. Michal Kahn is a sleep researcher and licensed clinical psychologist specialising in paediatric insomnia, sleep development and the relationship between sleep and mental health. Michal leads the Kahn Sleep Lab, which investigates the role of sleep in mental health, with a particular focus on understanding and treating conditions including insomnia and nightmare disorder. She is also actively involved with Tel Aviv University’s Trauma Clinic, established in response to the significant mental-health needs arising following the events of October 7.
