Flourish & Make, Connected by Care, is a free community wellbeing session which was created to bring carers and families together in a relaxed, welcoming space. This event is about connection, not obligation; a chance for carers to step away from daily responsibilities, meet others who truly understand, and enjoy some well-deserved time out. Whether you come to chat, create, or simply sit and breathe, you are welcome just as you are. • Free to attend • Open to carers and families • No experience needed • A supportive, judgement-free environment Water and juice will be provided, and food will be available for purchase at the cafe on-site.
