Full Moon Meditation

Pause. Illuminate. Release. Renew. The Full Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect and consciously release what no longer needs to come with you. Join me for a deeply restorative evening of guided meditation, energetic release, reflection and renewal creating space to step away from the noise. Come and honour this point in your own cycle of growth, change and renewal. The Moon illuminates. Meditation creates awareness. Awareness gives us choice. And choice allows us to change the patterns we no longer want to repeat. This is a time to slow down, listen within and bring greater awareness to the thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be running quietly beneath the surface.
