Golden Elixir Day Retreats: Autumn & Spring

Golden Elixir is a Daoist term for one’s fundamental nature, the thread within each of us that is the unique essence of who we are. The day retreat (as with every other GE immersion) is an invitation to move, breathe, connect and rest alongside like-minded women. An ever-growing eco system of open-hearted women who share the same desire for authentic connection, experiential learning and FUN. The Golden Elixir experience leaves you with visceral feeling of openness, radiance and wholeness that lingers long after you walk out the door. Autumn Day Retreat - Sunday 12th April the Autumn day retreat will have a more grounded introspective tone with a theme of letting go, as we transition from the heat and liveliness of summer and prepare for a more gentle and restful time of year. Spring Day Retreat - Sunday 11th October October's springtime energy will bring with it a focus on renewal, emerging from the winter cave and bringing in some fun and yang to enliven the system. When purchasing your ticket you can choose one or both day retreats. We highly recommend coming to both!
