Gong Bath on Govindas Recliners

If you’ve been craving a proper switch-off, the kind that actually quiets your mind and helps you sleep, this is for you. Join us at the iconic Govindas for an incredibly special Gong Bath on the super comfortable recliners. You will simply lie down and let powerful gongs guide you into a state of profound rest. No movement, talking or “trying” to meditate. Just an hour where your only job is to rest. The sound of the gongs works on the nervous system in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to feel. Many people describe it as: • the deepest rest they’ve had in months • finally feeling their body tension let go, leading to the BEST sleep of their year • leaving by floating out the door, so calm you'll forget your own name for a minute! If stress has been lingering in your body, sleep hasn’t been great, or you’re simply curious about an experience that’s a little different, then this is a beautiful place for you. Please bring: • A water bottle • Comfortable & warm clothes • Optional: a shawl or blanket for warmth or to cover the eyes Please reach out if you have questions at [email protected] We look forward to welcoming you into this calming and special space. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. We recommend booking early to secure your spot as our every session sells out!
