During Dementia Action Week, join us for an information session about dementia, conducted by the Sydney Local Health District. Research shows that up to 45% of dementia cases could be prevented through health and lifestyle changes, underscoring the importance of keeping our brains healthy. Join staff from the Sydney Local Health District to learn about: • Health and lifestyle risk factors for dementia • How to keep your brain healthy • What supports are available to help Photos and video may be taken during the event and shared across the library and Council's communication channels (including but not limited to social media and eNewsletters).
