Women Gathering

A space for women to come together in the wake of the recent events that has greatly impacted the women of the hills district. This is not a space to dissect details or relive the story. It is a space to be together. For many women, situations like this can stir up old wounds, grief, anger, confusion, betrayal, shame or memories that have been carried quietly for years. You don’t need to have experienced the same thing to feel impacted. Together we’ll create a gentle, trauma-informed space to breathe, reflect, share (if you wish), and simply be held in the company of other women who understand the power of not having to carry it alone. There is no expectation to speak. You are welcome exactly as you are. What to expect: • Gentle breathwork • Space for reflection and optional sharing • Sound healing and integration • Connection with other women in a safe, supportive environment What to bring: • Yoga mat • Water bottle • Pillow • Blanket • Journal and one Whether you’re feeling heartbroken, angry, numb, or simply wanting to stand alongside other women, you are welcome here.
