Feel nourished on every level, as your mind and body begin to soften the moment you step into the tropical sanctuary of The Wellness Studio Bondi-REAR of 290 Bondi Road Bondi- Access via Castlefield Lane -Supporting the energy to flow as you bathe acoustically in the soothing, harmonising sounds and vibrations, inviting deep relaxation, renewal and clarity. We begin our journey, settling into your space followed by a brief connection to the principles of sound healing and the soothing sounds from instruments that have been mindfully crafted. Ease into the experience with gentle breathing exercises, preparing your body for deep relaxation supported by soft meditation, intention-setting practice with visualisation to deepen your heart and mind connection. Facilitating soothing, harmonising sounds to wash over you,guiding you into deep relaxation, melting away stress and allowing you to relax, rest and recharge. Guiding our journey to a gentle close with grounding sounds and "Sound Vitamins" to take away with you - tools to reach for and support you with integrating this experience into your daily life, leaving you feeling centred and balanced. This in-person event invites you to connect with your community and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowl, Medicine Drum,Hand-Held Gong, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks and the voice. A beautiful holistic experience that can enhance better sleep patterns, boost your immune system and balance the nervous system to support your general well-being. Date and Time: Sunday 25 October 2026 11 a.m - 12.15 p.m. Please arrive approx. 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the session.This will allow you to settle into your space in comfort, prior to this time the space will be preparing energetically to enhance your experience.If you are late, we are sorry that you we will be unable to enter in to the space.
