Melt In2Balance

Melt Into Pure Rest Giving yourself a moment to soften and release .. from your heart, body, mind and spirit. Your days are filled with lists, expectations and over-giving – and you’re exhausted. Come, be nurtured and wrapped in the colours and sounds you need to let go of the stress, pain, and unease. The Melt is an hour of pure calm – you will be guided in a heart-centred meditation and invited to soften into a sound bath. You will leave feeling at ease with the world, calm inside and ready for a perfect night sleep. The guided meditation will help your nervous system reset and re-focus, which will allow for the sound to vibrate into your every cell, allowing for the beautiful melt into calm. The Melt is a monthly gathering, for only 6 people – yes, a small group – inviting a real and profound reset into ease and calm.
