Live panel event, Sydney: How procurement teams actually assess recruitment tenders

Most recruitment agencies never learn how their tender response was assessed, so the same response goes in next time. Employers assess social procurement strategy among other factors, and we will explore how this impacts a recruitment partner's position to service demand in blue collar industries. On Wednesday 11 November, Find Your People is putting the people who make procurement decisions in the same room as the recruitment agencies who supply them. Speaking: two senior procurement leads from enterprise construction groups, and two recruitment agencies already winning tenders on the strength of their social procurement strategy. Names announced closer to the date. You will leave with: • Both sides of the table: what procurement is measured on, and what a recruitment agency that is already winning does differently. • Where the attention actually goes in a submission, especially on social procurement. • Options to line up what you already offer with what is being asked for, before your next tender. The evening Doors 5:30pm. One-hour panel with audience questions, including a short look at what Find Your People is building, and networking to 7:30pm. Nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks provided. Tank Stream Labs, Level 5, Ausgrid Building, 24 Campbell Street, Haymarket NSW 2000. Host and MC: Samantha Philpot, Founder, Find Your People.
