STIM SHADY BALL Saturday 14 November 2026 6:00pm - 10:00pm St George Motor Boat Club The Stim Shady Ball is an inclusive celebration of disability, neurodiversity, individuality and community. Created as a welcoming night where people can come as they are, the event is designed for guests aged 15 years and over and will feature live entertainment, dancing, food, connection and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the night in your own way. Whether you want to hit the dance floor, enjoy the entertainment, spend time with friends or take a break in a quieter space, the Stim Shady Ball is about creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. Expect live entertainment, dancing, great food, a talent spotlight, plenty of fun and a welcoming space designed so everyone can enjoy the night in their own way. WHAT’S INCLUDED Your ticket includes: • Entry to the Stim Shady Ball • Live music and entertainment • Dancing • Optional talent spotlight • Arrival bread and dips • A selection of hot and cold canapés • Premium canapé selection • Unlimited soft drinks and juices throughout the event • Access to a breakout / low-stimulation space • Fully wheelchair-accessible venue Alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased individually from the venue on the night. DRESS CODE We’re encouraging black tie for those who want to dress up and make a night of it, but this is absolutely not compulsory. Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident and like yourself. Black tie, formal, colourful, casual, creative or completely your own style. come as you are. SUPPORT WORKERS Guests who require a support worker are very welcome to attend with them. Support workers are not provided by the event, so guests requiring support are responsible for arranging and attending with their own support worker. Support workers accompanying a guest can enter the event free of charge and do not need to purchase a standard event ticket. Please note that support workers are not included in the catered canapé package. Meals and beverages can be purchased separately from the venue on the night if required. We ask that guests advise us when booking if they will be attending with a support worker so we can assist with planning and make the experience as smooth as possible. Please email [email protected] ACCESSIBILITY & SENSORY SUPPORT The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. A designated breakout / low-stimulation space will also be available for guests who would like some time away from the main entertainment area. We understand that every guest has different needs, and we encourage attendees or families to contact us before the event if there is anything we should be aware of that may help make the night more comfortable. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible. Please provide any dietary requirements during the ticket booking process so these can be supplied to the venue before the event. NDIS & RECEIPTS A receipt will be provided for all ticket purchases. Guests intending to claim the cost through their NDIS plan should check with their Plan Manager, Support Coordinator or relevant provider beforehand to confirm whether the ticket is claimable under their individual plan.
