Inner Expansion - A Breath and Sound Journey

Embark on a transformative journey of inner expansion. Join me for a profound practice designed to help you reconnect with your inner guidance, strength, expansion, and peace. This is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the healing power of your breath. As you’re gently guided inward, space opens for a deeper connection with yourself, revealing the beauty, truth, wisdom and sacredness that already lives within you. Live sound will be woven throughout the event, helping you to further surrender. Feel the resonance of instruments such as crystal bowls, rain sticks, chimes, shamanic drums, and more as they create a symphony of healing around you, taking you deeper on your journey within. This is an intentional gathering, a space to soften into presence, to feel safe, held, and gently nurtured, as each person is supported in their own unique journey. Come to reconnect, to remember, to explore what lies within. Because once something shifts… nothing is quite the same again. What to bring Everything to make you fell comfortable will be provided. You may wish to bring a sarong/towel for hygiene purposes. If you have any mental or physical health concerns, please reach out beforehand to ensure this session is suitable for you. Your in gratitude Raechelle
