If the spark in your bedroom has gone quiet, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay that way. Intimate Freedom is a small, warm and honest workshop for women over 40, hosted by Wendy in her own home. Wendy has spent years helping women talk openly about pleasure. Her message is simple. Intimacy doesn’t have an expiry date. What we’ll talk about • What happens to desire and comfort through perimenopause and menopause, and what helps • Lubrication, and finding the right products for your body • Supporting your husband or partner through prostate issues or after prostate surgery, and new ways to stay close • How to bring the fun back with playful ideas like role play, dress up and a little kink, at whatever pace suits you • Getting your mojo back and talking to your partner about what you both want Why it’s different There are only 10 seats, so it’s a relaxed, private group of women at the same stage of life. Ask the questions you’ve never felt comfortable asking. Share as much or as little as you like. Nothing is too awkward, and there’s no judgement, only good information, a few laughs and real conversation. Come curious. Leave with ideas, confidence and a little more freedom. Women only.
