What Is a Connector? A Connector is: • A mate who looks out for their workmates • The go-to person when someone needs to talk • Someone who notices when others aren’t themselves • A person trained to recognise the signs that someone is struggling – and help them access support • Connectors play a critical role in suicide prevention.
