Kangatraining is the ultimate babywearing workout. We are an award winning post-partum safe program designed by midwives, physiotherapists and babywearing experts. Designed to support mothers mentally and physically, our participants walk away feeling calm, centered and connected. Our fitness component involves dancing to upbeat songs, strength exercises, barre and more! Set aside time each week for yourself and baby... You're worth it 💜🩷✨ Please note: Participants must fill out health form to finalise booking process https://forms.gle/iAE5VvdaWB8wTcuq5 Mums must be 6 weeks postpartum (Virginal birth) or 12 weeks postpartum (caesarean birth)
