Accidental Counsellor Training Sydney NOV 2026

The Accidental Counsellor: A Solutions and Strengths-Based Approach The Accidental Counsellor Training is a full-day program designed for individuals who may not be clinical counsellors but frequently support others through emotional challenges, both in their professional and personal lives. Whether you are helping colleagues, clients, family, or friends, this training equips you with practical skills and tools to respond with confidence, empathy, and understanding. What attendees have said about the workshops: What a fantastic training course! We have had nothing but positive feedback and I think you reached deep into the hearts and minds of many of our volunteers. Anna Partridge - Wayside Chapel "Thank you for an incredible day, Rocky! My colleagues and I from Cronulla High School were buzzing with excitement, thinking about how we could apply what we learned. The frameworks you shared were brilliant and easy to put into practice—I’ve already started using them in my role as a Year Adviser. I’ve been raving about the training to everyone at school and beyond. I’m certain the skills I gained will stick with me for the rest of my career and beyond!" — Jessica Incollingo, Professional Learning Hours The Accidental Counsellor Training is endorsed by NESA, TQI and the Australian Community Service Workers Association.
