12 hours - Teams of 3 - 1 Purpose Some nights are really hard, this one will be by choice. All ticket entries go to the Movember charity This is bigger than fitness. It's about connection, conversation, awareness and reminding the men in our lives that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 12 HOURS. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE PURPOSE 4 blocks of work over 12 hours 20 TEAMS 60 PEOPLE 12 HOURS 1 PERSON ALWAYS WORKING Your team will rotate through a Run, SkiErg, RowErg and BikeErg, working together to accumulate as many kilometres as possible. 1 person working at all times. 10 min rest between each 2:50 hr block of work. Let's come together for something that truly matters. 🖤
