In this hands-on class, you’ll follow Yoshiko’s detailed demonstrations, then cook and eat your way through: • Matcha coconut fudge • Matcha blancmange • Two-colour mochi balls with yuzu and matcha an-paste • Cold soba with matcha broth • Matcha popcorn • Yuzu matcha mocktail • Organic matcha green tea No washing up. All you do is learn, cook and eat! You’ll also take home practical recipes to recreate at home.
