Mums & Mats is a community-focused wellness event designed for new mums looking to move, connect and recharge. Enjoy an outdoor post-natal movement session held on our events lawn, combining strength, mobility, core and functional movement exercises in a relaxed and supportive environment. After the session, stay on for a complimentary coffee and the opportunity to connect with other local mums at Tempo. Whether your little one is happy in the pram, enjoying some tummy time on a mat beside you, or needs a cuddle during the session, they're welcome to be part of the experience. We simply ask that mums supervise their babies at all times. There is plenty of space for bubs to play on the lawn and connect with other little ones once the class has finished. Our venue is pram-friendly, with lift access available to all levels. When: Second Tuesday of every month, 9.30am Cost: $30 per person
