Full description from organizerShow less
Join Guest Teachers Pat & Wendy for a 2-hour workshop designed to take your existing repertoire to the next level. Together, we’ll explore how to: 1. Tune your moves into the different layers of a song: Listen and respond to the percussion, vocals, melody and more. 2. Express the mood of the music through your movement: Explore how the feeling and energy of a song can influence the way you dance. 3. Turn off your “dance autopilot”: Break out of familiar moves, become more spontaneous and create new moments with your partner. Come ready to listen to and feel the music more, and surprise yourself with new-found creativity on the dance floor. PARTNER REQUIRED (no rotation) $43 per person
