Sapphic Sessions: Heathens and Miscreants

THEME: Heathens and Miscreants DATE: Saturday 28th November 2026 WHERE: Large Hall in Redfern Town Hall - 73 Pitt St Redfern, 2016 WHEN: 11AM-9PM EVENT INFO: Come join us for a MASSIVE DAY of gothic life drawing, chainmailing classes, temporary tatts, artist stalls, performances, free upcycling/sewing and crafts, poetry, and MUCH MORE! This is a 21+ Event, ID's will be checked at entry. HOW DOES IT ALL WORK? There is a morning session (11AM-3:30PM) and an afternoon session (4:30PM-9:00PM), Please choose the session you would like when you purchase your ticket as we have limited capacity on each session. General Admission Tickets - $30 You will have access to the following: -Sewing/crafting tables -Artist Stalls -life drawing -poetry -temporary tatts -performances General Admission Tickets + Chainmail Classes - $52.50 You will have access to everything included in the General admission ticket. Chainmail classes are an additional $30 to the General Admission cost. The class will run for 1 hour during the session. You will receive 25% off your General Admission ticket, this is included in the price. We will run an upcycling table, so bring your old scraps of fabric, your jeans that have a hole in the pocket, the ripped t shirt you can't wear, the skirt thats too big lets mend them and learn how to sew! There will be sewing machines and sewing teachers to guide you through basic textile skills. We will also take donations of crafting materials such as beads, felting, thread, embroidery, paint etc. If you are wondering if you can donate an item please message our instagram to enquire! Sapphic Sessions invites all LGBTQIA+ people who are interested in celebrating the divine feminine and building safe and inclusive spaces. We will provide all materials needed, patrons are welcome to bring their own craft supplies if preferred. This is a neurodiverse friendly space, please bring any stim toys, sensory aids (loops, sunglasses etc) or emotional support items that you need. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not film or photograph the live models, we ask that you respect this boundary, Anyone caught taking or posting photos of the models will be asked to leave immediately. We have a zero tolerance policy towards this behavior.
