Postnatal Pilates for Mums - Marrickville

Mums Postnatal Pilates is a slow and controlled Pilates based class for mother's post childbirth. Bring your baby along and they can be involved or have a roll around or a sleep during the class. Some important things to note: • Registration in advance is essential. • As the class is hosted in a PCYC building, PCYC membership is required - $40 for an annual membership and will allow you access to other PCYC programs - PCYC Marrickville - Home Page (pcycnsw.org.au). First class is free. • Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor. • Bring a water bottle. • Bring a yoga mat or towel. • Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
