PubTalks: A Biomedical Science and Engineering Seminar Series

PubTalks is a social seminar series where we hear three to four 5-minute talks from volunteer HDRs and ECRs on their research within specific themes in a low-pressure environment, followed by question time, mingling, and free food. Events run 5:30pm - 7:30pm the last Tuesday of each month. Would you like to meet your peers from across the university and potentially find new collaborators? Do you need to fulfill the PEM requirement for presenting your work outside of your research group? Would you like to improve your public speaking skills in advance of Scientific Conferences? Do you wish there was a stronger HDR research community while you complete your degree? Then this is the perfect event for you! Come along and help us build a scientific community for HDRs, while creating cross-disciplinary collaborations and improving your presentation skills!
