Restore Book Club 🧘📚

Restore Book Club combines a session of restorative Yin to stretch, rest and rejuvenate the body and mind, alongside a monthly discussion of a nourishing, cosy read from both fiction and non-fiction genres. Led by yoga teacher Gabi Moran and meeting on the second Wednesday of each month. All props and mats provided, alongside drinks and nibblies. June - Heart the Lover by Lily King July - Breath by James Nestor August - Saying Yes to You by Hollie Azzopardi September - Every Summer After by Carley Fortune October - Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer November - Time Travel for Beginners by Jaclyn Moriarty December - In a Holidaze by Christina Lauren Gabi Moran, yoga teacher, offers a sanctuary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. She teaches Restorative, Yin, Chair, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Gabi is particularly passionate about helping those who may be stressed, tired, unwell or injured. In her spare time she enjoys reading, nature walks and live music.
