Join us for a Workshop Before The End of The Year!!! Finding Alignment Are you climbing the right ladder? This Workshop is about consciously taking a pause to reflect on where your life is going and take subtle changes where needed. This is for you if you: • feel uneasy about the future • get tense thinking about 2027 • have little to no plan for what’s next • feel torn between 1000 priorities • panic sabotages your actions more often than calm -> In this Sunday Morning group workshop, we will first work with our Nervous Systems to get us into a regulated state of mind before taking an exercise to get us back on track - ready for 2027!!! Bonus: • You will also get a free drink and pastry from the cafe next door! • This workshop offers a great opportunity to use the beach for a swim before or after the workshop. Everything starts to re-align the moment we slow down 🌱
