Full description from organizer

🌿 RETURN TO FLOW 🌿 An embodied journey through movement, breath, voice, vibration & stillness When was the last time you felt truly at home in your body? Not just relaxed. Not just switched off. But present. Connected. Free to move, breathe, express and simply be. RETURN TO FLOW is a 2.5-hour embodied experience created by Miray & Mark, bringing together Somatic Movement, Qi Gong, Voice Activation, Acupressure Magnetic Patches, Acutonics, Reiki and Sound Healing. Rather than moving from one workshop into another, the practices are intentionally woven together as one continuous journey — moving from activation and expression towards resonance, rest and integration. A space to explore what becomes possible when you give your body your full attention. 🌿 THE JOURNEY ARRIVE We begin by arriving — in the garden, in the space around us, and finally, in the body. A few moments to breathe, settle and notice what is already here. No preparation. No expectation. Just arrive. VOICE Before we ask the body to move, we give it a voice. Through breath, sound and Voice Activation, Miray invites you to explore the natural vibration of your own voice. You don’t need to sing. You don’t need to sound a certain way. The voice becomes a way of waking up sensation, opening expression and bringing breath into movement. Sound becomes the first movement. MOVE Mark guides you into Somatic Movement, exploring sensation, mobility, breath and natural movement. Rather than focusing on how movement looks, we turn our attention towards how it feels. Where is there effort? Where is there ease? What wants to move? A practice of becoming more familiar with your own body and finding more freedom within it. FLOW From somatic awareness, we move into Qi Gong. Through intentional movement, breath and attention, Mark guides the body towards greater steadiness, coordination and flow. A practice of listening while moving. Less forcing. More feeling. ACTIVATE We then explore the meeting point of acupressure and vibration. Mark introduces Acupressure Magnetic Patches on selected acupressure points, while Miray works with Acutonics tuning forks. Point and frequency meet. The patches bring attention to selected acupressure points, while the tuning forks introduce vibration and resonance into the experience. One works through touch and point. One through sound and vibration. Together, they become another way of listening to the body. RECEIVE After activation, we shift from doing into receiving. Through Reiki, you are invited to pause, rest and turn your attention inward. No technique to learn. Nothing to achieve. Simply a space to receive. RESONATE The journey gradually moves into Sound Healing. Singing bowls, Acutonics tuning forks and other instruments create a soundscape designed to support stillness, listening and integration. The pace softens. The mind has less to follow. You can simply lie back, listen and allow yourself to be immersed in sound. INTEGRATE As the sound quiets, movement becomes stillness. We create space to rest, reflect and notice what has shifted — without needing to name or explain it. Sometimes the most valuable part is simply noticing. ✨ WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE • Somatic Movement Explore sensation, mobility and body awareness while discovering different ways of moving with greater ease. • Qi Gong Work with breath, intentional movement and attention, exploring rhythm, coordination and embodied presence. • Voice Activation Explore the voice as vibration and expression through breath and sound — without needing to sing or perform. • Acupressure Magnetic Patches Experience magnetic patches applied to selected acupressure points as part of the embodied journey. • Acutonics Explore the sensory experience of tuning-fork vibration, resonance and frequency. • Reiki A space to pause, soften and receive. •Sound Healing Be immersed in singing bowls, Acutonics tuning forks and other instruments as the journey moves towards stillness and integration. 🌿 ONE JOURNEY. DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. This isn’t a collection of separate wellness sessions. The practices are intentionally woven together. Voice wakes the body. Movement opens it. Qi Gong brings rhythm. Acupressure brings focus. Acutonics introduces vibration. Reiki creates space to receive. Sound carries you towards stillness. Different practices. One body. One unfolding journey. RETURN TO FLOW. 🤍 YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW HOW You don’t need to practise Qi Gong. You don’t need previous experience with Reiki or Acutonics. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to sing. You don’t need to know how to “do healing.” You don’t even need to consider yourself a wellness person. This experience is open to anyone curious about exploring the body through movement, sound, breath and sensation. Come curious. Come comfortable. Come exactly as you are. 🌿 TWO PRACTITIONERS. ONE SHARED CURIOSITY. MIRAY Founder of The Healing Starlight • Sound Healing Practitioner • Reiki Master Teacher • Acutonics Practitioner • Ceremonial Space Holder • Somatic & Embodied Guide Miray works at the intersection of sound, vibration, energy, somatic awareness and embodied practice, weaving together Acutonics, Reiki, Sound Healing, Voice Activation, breathwork, shamanic practices and aquatic bodywork. With a background in Chemical Engineering and years of exploration across sound, energy and embodied practices, her work brings together curiosity, structure and intuitive, body-led exploration. Her relationship with the body has also extended into water through her training in Aquatic Bodywork, deepening her exploration of movement, breath, buoyancy, touch and the body’s capacity to soften when supported by water. She is particularly interested in the relationship between sound, frequency, sensation and the body — exploring how vibration can become something not only heard but physically experienced. Working with singing bowls, Acutonics tuning forks, voice and other instruments, Miray approaches sound as a sensory and embodied experience rather than simply something we listen to. Her work is intuitive rather than formulaic. She creates space for people to notice, explore and experience themselves through sound, voice, movement, sensation and presence. Her work is grounded in the belief that nothing needs to be forced. Sometimes, when we create enough space to listen, the body already knows where to go. For RETURN TO FLOW, Miray guides the Voice Activation, Reiki, Acutonics and Sound Healing journey. MARK Acupuncturist • Qi Gong Teacher • Somatic Movement Practitioner • Founder of Happy Hara Shiatsu Mark has spent the better part of ten years exploring how bodies speak through Shiatsu and meridian bodywork, acupuncture, and Qi Gong — the slow grammar of breath. His practice, Happy Hara Shiatsu, takes its name from the hara: the centre of gravity below the navel, where strength, breath and steadiness meet and where many of us may have forgotten how to live from. His exploration of the body has also included experiences with aquatic bodywork and Ai Chi (water Tai Chi), which have deepened his appreciation for how the body responds to movement, breath and support in water. That perspective continues to inform the way he teaches on dry land: less forcing, more listening. It’s also why his work carries a quiet Zen flavour — arrive first, then move. Mark works with office-bound backs, athletes at the edge of their limits and people carrying old pain or old fear. He doesn’t ask anyone to push. He asks them to notice.
