rommulas

Handsome Tours & Laneway Presents are proud to present rommulas! rommulas is bringing his boundary-pushing sound down to Sydney and Melbourne for his first two headline shows in Australia. The LA-born Mexican-American rapper and producer seamlessly blends hypnotic hip-hop, high-impact hyperpop, and rhythmically charged reggaeton into a high-energy bilingual sound. Rooted in his Mexican heritage and SoCal’s Chicano culture, he uses music to reconnect with his roots while challenging the boundaries of contemporary alternative music. rommulas has quickly emerged as one of the underground’s most distinctive voices. After refining his craft for years on his mother’s laptop, his dedication paid off with his 2025 breakout single ‘left to right’ – a collaboration with 2hollis that surpassed 17 million global streams – and his acclaimed ANIMÁL EP featuring tracks like ‘No Me Importa’ and ‘insane’. Having recently joined 2hollis on the sold-out The Star Tour across North America and packed out LA’s Echoplex, rommulas is bringing his high-voltage live show to Australia for the very first time.
