Run, Totem & Ice

For our second session of the season, we’re swapping the yoga mats for running shoes and a little friendly competition on the sand. Meet us in South Bondi at 5:50AM on Thursday 8 October for a morning of movement, connection and sunrise by the ocean. We’ll start with French tea or electrolytes on arrival, before heading out for a relaxed 2km group run led alongside Laura, a Sydney marathon runner. Once we’re back on the beach, Laura will take us through a series of fun sporting games and challenges on the sand and then the usual ice bath! Come at your own pace, meet new people, have a laugh and start your day moving outside. We’ll finish the session together with mini breakfast after sunrise. Please bring comfortable running clothes, a swimsuit, trainers, water and something warm for before/after the session.
