Trust & Safety Festival Sydney 2026 brings together the people shaping safer, more accountable and more trustworthy digital systems. Standard registration: $399 + GST Across two days, the Festival will connect practitioners, policymakers, regulators, researchers, technologists, lawyers, civil society leaders and frontline experts working across trust and safety, online safety, AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, digital rights and platform accountability. The Festival’s central theme is moving from regulation to real-world problems. We’ll go beyond simply identifying harms or debating principles, and look closely at how policy, regulation, technology, product design and organisational decision-making translate into practical outcomes. That means examining the systems, choices and governance structures that shape digital safety in practice, where gaps remain between intention and implementation, and what meaningful progress actually requires. Expect thoughtful conversations, practical insight, international and Australian perspectives, and plenty of room for the kinds of discussions that rarely fit neatly within a single discipline. The Festival will include keynote conversations, fireside chats, panels, focused breakout sessions and opportunities to connect with others working across this rapidly evolving field.
