Saturday Create: Chemistry (Ages 8-12)

Designed for one child working alongside a parent, guardian, or grandparent, Saturday Create supports STEM learning through creativity, exploration, and shared discovery. 🧪⚗️ On Saturday, 7 and 21 November, join us for a hands-on science activity where you’ll experiment with chemical reactions and discover how different substances interact to create exciting changes. Important to know: • This activity is suitable for families with children aged 8–12 years. We design the learning experience of our workshops very carefully – it is important for the enjoyment and safety of all participants that your child is within the age range, otherwise, they will not be permitted into the event. • An adult must accompany each child during the session. • Photos and video may be taken during the event and shared across the library's and Council's communication channels (including but not limited to social media and eNewsletters). Please notify a staff member if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
