Hello Clever Elevate Sydney 2026: The Root Cause

What to Expect? Payments have become the thing everyone assumes is working fine, until you actually look at the data. Fewer payment attempts are landing more revenue, not less There's a precise speed threshold where a payment stops being safe and starts being a coin flip Cashback, the thing most merchants think builds loyalty, is currently doing something else entirely One finding in this report surprised even us What you'll walk away with: The 3 numbers costing merchants the most money right now, most of which nobody's measuring: What actually separates the merchants pulling ahead from everyone else Why cashback might be working completely differently than you think How Hello Clever is building product directly off these findings Who should come: Payments leaders, finance decision-makers, and anyone who makes calls on checkout, cashback, or retention and wants the evidence behind those decisions, not just another product pitch. What's happening: Real data, a live product demo, an interactive session testing what you've picked up, and genuine conversation with other people in the payments industry about what's actually working.
