A playful 60-minute yoga class for kids aged 3 –10 and their grown-ups. Beginner-friendly. Family Yoga in Cronulla An hour of wholesome family fun for your Sunday. Think of a Sunday afternoon activity you do with your kids, not one you sit and watch. 60 minutes of laughter, movement, and calm — together. Expect partner poses, breath and movement games, story-led flows, and lots of laughter. It's not a serious yoga class. It's an hour you spend moving, breathing, and connecting with your kids in a way you don't usually get to during a busy weekend. No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just show up in something comfy. It's sure to bring some smiles and calm vibes to the end of your weekend. Join us at Bhav Yoga & Meditation Studio in Cronulla and enjoy quality time together through yoga! WHO IT'S FOR Children aged 3–10 years and their parents (or grandparent / aunty / uncle / carer) - one adult per child. WHAT TO EXPECT • A welcome circle and warm-up game • 30-40 minutes of partner-style poses and movement games you do with your child • Breath work disguised as fun • A short guided relaxation at the end • Lots of giggling WHAT TO BRING • Comfy clothes you can move in • A water bottle each • Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if your prefer PARKING Available in the Cronulla mall car park or surrounding streets ABOUT YOUR TEACHER I'm Radha — I am an early childhood teacher and kids and adult yoga teacher. I ran Super Kids Yoga across Sydney from 2016–2019 in the inner west. I’m back now with a focus on family yoga, which I love for its playfulness and the connection it brings to children and their families.
