Soulflow – An Immersive Breathwork Journey Join me for a sanctuary of renewal and reconnection, a space to soften, breathe, and release. Held safely on your passage of self-discovery, we’ll weave circular breathwork, healing sound frequencies and gentle bodywork (with consent) to awaken guidance, open the heart, and invite a deep sense of connection. Within this practice, you’ll be supported to meet the breath exactly where you are. Whether you’re called to move gently, or to explore a more activating rhythm as we build, there’s freedom to follow your own intuition and body’s wisdom throughout. No two journeys are ever the same. Each session offers a unique experience, while every breathwork journey builds upon the last helping to create nervous regulation. Over time, this practice can help regulate the nervous system, moving it from patterns of stress and survival into a felt sense of safety, the foundation from which healing, growth, creativity, and authentic living emerge. As you enter expanded states of consciousness through the breath, you may begin to release stored emotional patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and create new neural pathways. This process supports the brain's natural capacity for change, allowing you to move beyond old conditioning and step into greater clarity, resilience, and possibility. Breathwork is an invitation to reconnect with who you truly are beneath the noise—to access greater presence, self-awareness, and inner peace. Join me for this transformative experience — one with the power to shift how we feel, think, and live. Please bring everything you need to feel, warm, supported, cozy and comfortable. I recommend: Yoga Mat, blanket, pillow, (under the head / knees) and an eye mask. A little extra tip- Personally I love having an extra layer of padding under my mat - either a second yoga mat or blanket.
