Songs of the Soul - Sound Meditation

Songs of the soul invites you to pause, rest, and receive. Picture yourself nestled in a sanctuary of sound, where each vibration gently guides you into a deep relaxation. Experience the harmonious resonance of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, gong, shamanic drum, native American flute, and other instruments harmonising your body, mind, and spirit. This is a moment just for you. To simply receive and soften into stillness. These intentional pauses allow us to reflect, appreciate the beauty around us and replenish our spirits. In this space, there is nothing to do and nowhere to be. Simply rest, quiet the noise of the mind, and reconnect with the gentle wisdom of the heart. Embark on a journey through the gift of sound and songs of the soul. Everything to make you feel comfortable will be provided. You may wish to bring a sarong/towel to cover bolster/pillow. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up and get comfortable. I look forward to welcoming you.
