Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and more — supported by gentle guided meditation and breathwork designed to calm the mind and balance your energy. In the middle of life’s noise and pace, this is your invitation to pause and breathe. What to expect: • A soothing guided meditation and breathwork sequence to help you settle into the space. • A deeply relaxing live sound journey using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and percussion. • Gentle grounding time at the end—with some dark chocolate to ease your return to the outside world. • Please bring: a yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a cosy blanket for comfort. • Don’t have the gear or travelling light?
