Day 1 — Part A | Sunday Oct 18th, 9am–4pm Pre-Op, Early Stage & Mid Stage rehab • Pre-Op: Initial assessment red flags, differentiating ACL from PCL/PLC involvement, MRI referral criteria and how imaging changes your treatment plan • Guest speaker — Guest Speaker (Doctor) working within professional sport: surgical technique, tunnel placement and fixation, graft types (BPTB, hamstring, quad tendon, allograft) and how each affects your rehab timeline, plus live Q&A • Prehabilitation: why earlier is better, testing baseline, and closing non-knee deficits before surgery • Early Stage: the three markers that actually predict progress (swelling, ROM, pain), gait retraining, quad-loading strategies, and when to introduce plyometrics safely • Mid Stage: force-based return-to-run testing and entry criteria, programming around real roadblocks (RFD, deceleration, positional weakness), and structuring a session that gets results Day 2 — Part B | Sunday Oct 25th, 9am–4pm Late Stage, Return to Performance & Complex Cases • Late Stage: entry criteria for reactive agility, change-of-direction mechanics, and field testing protocols (T-test, CMAS, Illinois Agility) • Complex & abnormal cases: how to pick up a stalled rehab, bracing protocols and when to wean off, and managing concurrent injuries (meniscus, MCL, chondral, multi-ligament) • Behind the system: a walkthrough of SportsFit's own ACL programming and testing system — the actual tool used to track every athlete through the framework Who this is for Physiotherapists and allied health clinicians who want a practical, criteria-based system for ACL rehab — not another generic "protocol" that ignores the individual in front of you.
