Stage Purr-fection, 6 Week Performance Development Course with Cyrus

Hi there gorgeous, My name is Cyrus, and I am very excited to be hosting my very first Performance Development Course! A bit about me, I’m a certified stage sl*t who’s passion is creating and helping others do the same. Performing and being on stage fuels me and it's something I've been working on and honing my craft to find my unique performing style for over 15+ years. And I finally am ready to share this knowledge with others and help you do the same. During this 6 week course we will come together for 6, 90 minute sessions every Sunday at the Wriggle Room in Marrickville. Address, Level 1/201 Marrickville Rd, Marrickville NSW 2204. The dates & times are: Sun 27th September, 2:00pm-3:30pm Sun 4th October, 2:00-3:30pm Sun 11th October, 11:30am-1:00pm (This slot has been pushed forward due to another booking at the venue) Sun 18th October, 2:00-3:30pm Sun 25th October, 2:00-3:30pm Sun 1st November, 2:00-3:30pm Plus a paid performance at the Vanguard in Newtown on Sunday 8th November. The show will start at around 6pm with techs available beforehand and the fee will be $120 for your performance. Alongside purr-fecting an act for you to perform, we will also touch on important topics to help you navigate this industry. Including: Invoices, Show Etiquette, Networking, Public Liability Insurance, Super Annuation and Show fees. The fee for this course is $300, there are options for payment plans or paying in cash. There’s also an option to apply for a scholarship, with fees either reduced or fully waived. These scholarships are intended for anyone needing financial support, with priority given to MOB, BIPOC, SW's, and people in the LGBTQIA+ community.
