Sunset Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in soothing sounds, deep rest and a moment just for you, at Bondi Pavilion. Take a moment to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself. Join us for an intimate Sunset Sound Bath overlooking Bondi Beach, where the soothing sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls invite you to unwind and experience deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to sound baths or already love them, this is your invitation to pause, rest and recharge. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in comfortably. Doors will close promptly at 6:00 PM to avoid disturbing the session. WHAT TO EXPECT Settle onto your mat overlooking the ocean. We’ll begin with gentle breathing exercises, followed by a soothing sound bath where you can simply lie back, listen and drift into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. After the session, there will be a little time to connect, chat and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. WHO IS IT FOR? This experience is for anyone looking to slow down and make space for themselves. No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are. WHAT TO BRING To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring: • Yoga mat • Pillow or cushion • Blanket to stay warm • Comfortable clothing ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR Magdalena is a Sydney-based sound bath facilitator and Pilates instructor with an international background in architecture and training in gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. She combines her appreciation for space, atmosphere and wellbeing to create immersive, restorative experiences.
