SuperNaari is the Saroni Roy Foundation’s flagship Women, Peace & Security (WPS) initiative committed to bridging the Gender Health Gap The Saroni Roy Foundation (SRF), in collaboration with the Australia India Business Council (AIBC), is delighted to invite you as our Esteemed Guest to the inaugural SuperNaari Conclave 2026 hosted at the Parliament of NSW on the 24th of September 2026. ‘’Naari’ being the Sanskrit word for ‘Woman’ We launched ‘Super Naari – A Period Equity Initiative’ during the MAHATMA Peace Symposium 2024 at Parliament of NSW. Building on that foundation, this year’s inaugural SuperNaari Conclave 2026 will focus on: SuperNaari Sportainment: Breaking Barriers for Women in Sports. This theme expands our Women, Peace & Security (WPS) initiative by exploring the underrepresented narratives of women across sport, fitness, wellness. While celebrating the remarkable achievements of women in these fields, the Conclave will also examine the Gender Health Gap in elite sport, highlighting how menstrual, reproductive and sexual health directly impacts performance, participation, longevity and overall wellbeing in high-performance environments. Through education, advocacy, policy engagement and community partnerships, the initiative seeks to democratise and destigmatise menstrual, reproductive and sexual health while promoting dignity, health equity and greater socio-economic participation for girls and women. Alongside the Conclave, we are proud to champion the Inclusive Futures Initiative, a Scholarship & Executive Education, eMBA Program focused on creating pathways for Australians from diverse communities.
