But sometimes, life gets loud… Do you struggle to slow down? Does your mind get louder the moment you finally try to be still? Maybe you’re so used to doing, thinking, planning and holding everything together… Woman Within is an invitation to pause. To step away from the noise of everyday life and create a little space for yourself. Through a guided meditation to connect with your higher self, intentional breath, sound, energy work and journaling, you’ll be gently guided inward…creating space to slow down, soften, reflect and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need any previous experience. You don’t need to know how to do any of this. I’ll guide you through it.
