Vision & Values: A Mindful Drawing Experience is a relaxed, hands-on workshop that blends guided reflection with mindful drawing to help you reconnect with what matters most in your work and life. Led by Sarah Halawani, learning specialist, artist, and art therapist with 15 years experience in learning and development, this session uses simple materials and needs no art experience at all. It's a chance to slow down, find clarity, and bring a fresh perspective to your everyday decisions. Sarah has been facilitating mindful drawing workshops for corporate and community for over 7 years and loves to share the benefit of making art for mindfulness, creativity and problem-solving.
