Weekend Warrior - Vol. 1

We are excited to present to you the Weekend Warrior series. Yoga and breathwork by the people, for the people. An energising yoga flow followed by a guided breathwork practice, both suitable for all levels. The idea for this event was born through our simple desire to share these modalities that we are passionate about with friends, family and the broader community. The goal? Bring people together to enjoy and share in the benefits of these modalities. This event is for anyone who wants to take some time for themselves on a Sunday. To move, to breathe, to reset and relax. And who knows... you might bump into someone you haven't seen in a while or connect with someone new. Our people are the most important thing to us, so we would love to invite you to join us after the session to catch up in a more casual setting (optional). Think coffee, juice, food and an ocean dip. See you on the mat! Dan & Lena
